CBN stone on copper-tin M1001 bond, produced by the Poltava Diamond Tool Plant. Single-layer abrasive mounted on an aluminum blank, ready for use with Hapstone sharpening systems.

The Lite series is a great choice for beginners looking to try borazon (CBN) stones on M1001 bond (with SSIT abrasive). The M1001 formula, updated in 2021 with added nickel and titanium, increases durability and reduces clogging.

CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) provides smoother performance compared to diamond abrasives and does not leave deep scratches on the cutting edge. Due to its octahedral crystal structure, CBN delivers a more refined finish with less aggression.

Care:
