Description

The 5ml Hapstone Diamond Suspension and 150x25x4mm Top Grain Cowhide leather strop are the perfect set for finishing and polishing blades to razor sharpness.

Why Hapstone?

Hapstone suspension is denser than its counterparts, which prevents it from spreading on the surface and ensures maximum effect. Hapstone suspension is based on premium poly diamond powder with strict grain size control. It exceeds national standards and abrasive industry peers in key grain size parameters.

How much suspension is enough, and which volume should I choose?

Hapstone Suspension is available in three volumes of 5-10 and 30 ml for people who are amateur sharpeners and do not need to sharpen a large number of knives, or want to try our suspension, a bottle of 5 ml will be enough for 20-25 presses or applications. We also produce Hapstone suspension in a bottle of 30 ml - the large volume provides customers with a large enough stock, it is more suitable for professional or commercial activities. On average 30 ml is enough for 195-205 applications.

What can Hapstone suspension be used with?

Great to use with cow strop, kangaroo strop.

How to use?

Simply apply the desired amount of suspension to the surface to be polished, spread evenly and allow to dry. Since suspension  residue is not completely removed from the strop, it is recommended to use additional lapping slips when using different grits. In case of accumulation of suspension residues in the skin, it is recommended to remove them with a knife or special tool and apply a fresh compound. If you are using a leather strop, along with our suspension, lower the angle by 0.3-0.5 degrees before polishing/finishing the cutting edge.

Warning: Before using Hapstone Diamond Suspension - be sure to shake it up!
