Idahone Ceramic Stones are used for sharpening knives using Hapstone  knife sharpener. The stone has an extremely high hardness rating.

• Idahone Ceramic scarcely wears over time. Ceramic stones are available in three grits: medium, fine and ultra-fine.
• Ultra-fine ceramic stones utilize the top quality 99.5% alumina and provide a super finish for the cutting edge.
• Idahone Ceramic was recently updated to the thickness 6 mm (0.25 inches).
• Idahone Ceramic stones should be used with one of these
