Maintenance

Construction

Professional sharpening format

Each stone features a 152 × 25 mm working surface, 1.6 mm thick, mounted on a 160 × 25 × 4 mm aluminum blank with beveled dovetail ends.

The non-porous surface requires only a splash of water before sharpening.
